In this Security System Installation & Service Manager position, we rely on your management and oversight to lead the charge for our installers and service technicians. You not only manage each project, but you also provide management for our team and subcontractors, handle customer relations, and maintain schedules. Much of your management efforts goes toward making sure our commercial projects go off without a hitch by ensuring our customers receive the best service for security, CCTV, smart home and business, access control, fire alarms, and audio/video systems.

In addition to effectively managing our projects, you also work hard to develop your team through top-notch training and troubleshooting support in the field. You provide quality and safe services while "wowing" our customers with exceptional service. At the end of the day, you take pride in your management skills and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off through projects that run smoothly, remain profitable, and consistently exceed customer expectations!

  • Current driver's license and a clean driving record
  • At least 2 years of experience as an installer and/or service technician
  • Can pass a background check and drug test
  • Washington Low Voltage Electrician License Preferred
