A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a B2B Sales Representative, you are on the front lines of gaining market share for our business services and thus continuing the evolution of our company as a whole. You are a "go-getter" who has learned what our services have to offer and jumps right into working through the leads that we have provided to you. As you listen to each company's needs, you effectively explain how our services can satisfy those needs and skillfully overcome objections.

Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. You proactively forecast sales and carefully plan out your year in order to regularly achieve goals. So that you can better understand client needs, you closely monitor competitors and market conditions. Closing each transaction gives you a great sense of accomplishment, and you are happy to accept feedback in order to continually grow your earnings!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Outside sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills

A background in security and knowledge about the local market is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you build a good rapport quickly and nurture relationships? Are you self-motivated and results-oriented? Do you have strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills?
